Data we collect
- Enquiry form: name, email address, selected review type, optional ledger-size band, and message content
- Technical: IP address, browser type, and basic server logs needed to operate the site

Do not submit full debtor ledgers, identity card numbers, or other sensitive personal data belonging to your customers through the public form. We will arrange a secure channel after initial contact if file exchange is required.

Legal basis / justification
